HELMETS AT THE HELM

Prevention is better than cure

It is the duty of the government to create awareness about safety measures among public to prevent accidents. I do agree that the rule may not help complete arrest of the growing problem but it certainly would minimize the number of deaths caused due to rash driving. Since the rule is proposed keeping in view the welfare of the public, there should not be any problem for the latter to follow it religiously.
