Grape isle salad


Ingredients

Water - 250 ml
Gelatine - 20 gms
Water - 250 ml
Lemon juice - 10 ml
Salt - ¼ tsp
Pineapple (crushed and drained) - 125 gms
Celery chopped - 25 gms
Almonds and Pistachio - 50 gms

Method

1. Boil water. Add gelatine and stir till it dissolves.

2. Add a little cold water, lemon juice and salt. Stir continuously.

3. Pour into moulds and allow it to turn syrupy.

4. Add crushed pineapple and chopped celery. Top with nuts and refrigerate.
