Makai salad


Ingredients

Kidney beans - 50 gms
Lima Beans - 50 gms
Celery (chopped) - 10
gms
Capsicum (chopped) - 25
gms
Onion (sliced) - 50 gms
Sugar - a pinch
For clear Italian dressing
Salad oil - 2 tsp
Cider vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Celery salt - ½ tsp
White pepper powder - to taste
Dry mustard powder - ¼ tsp
Cayenne pepper - ½ tsp
Minced garlic - 1 pod
Hot chilli sauce - 4drop

Method

1. Combine all ingredients for Italian dressing. Chill well.

3. Mix remaining ingredients for salad and stir in the dressing.

4. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
