Depends on mindset

Corruption has become a part of life, voluntary organizations being no exception to it. Any organisation is incomplete without people. Therefore, whether a campaign carried out by a voluntary body can arrest corruption or not depends on factors like the mindset and commitment of its members.

It is a general belief that members of a voluntary organisation are driven by their inner conscious and commitment that leaves no scope for corruption. But, one must keep in mind that there is a possibility of corruption creeping in if there is complacency and a blind faith that everyone associated with the organisation is a spirited and committed soul.
