|
THE SRISHTI School of Art, Design and Technology completes its month of workshops and New Media arts festival with a contemporary music performance by Srishti students at Zero G, on Sunday, December 19, at 7.30pm.
The band, Rear View Mirror, emerged out of an intensive two-week workshop on musical composition and performance, conducted by Bangalore's very own jazz guitarist, Amit Heri.
Musicians Rzhude (of Thermal and a Quarter), Rahul Bharadwaj and Sankarshan Kini were co-facilitators.
The students will be performing covers as well as several of their own compositions that were created during the workshop.
For the latter part of the evening Bangalore's popular band, Thermal and a Quarter will take centre-stage. Its performance is part of Zero G's regular Sunday night routine Bangalore Live, featuring a live band every week.
Zero G is located in the Prestige building on Residency Road. Call 22079014 for details.
