Necessity

THE use of mobile phones, while driving cannot be banned totally, as it has become a necessity. But, careless use of mobiles while driving, especially by two wheeler riders, has an impending danger of risk to life. So, drivers in the interest of their safety, should either use earmikes or earphones and stop the vehicle to attend the call.
