USING mobiles while driving not only endanger our own lives but also of other road users. Flying squads of traffic police can be formed and those found using mobiles while driving should be heavily fined on the spot. Educational skit can beenacted portraying the consequences of using mobile phones while driving at the time of issuing licences by RTO.
