SHOW MERCY, DON'T KILL

Useful plea

The condition of patients should be taken into account before we dismiss euthanasia totally as a criminal act. There would be situations when a patient feels death is less painful to him rather than to be alive and endure the sufferings that come with his incurable disease. After an open discussion, the government should make a law to allow mercy killing while taking all precautions that such a law would not be misused by the people.

R.Sasikanth, Guntur.
