Aswani to direct Chiru

PRODUCER ASWANI Dutt's new film, starring Chiranjeevi, is titled Jai Chiranjeeva. The buzz is that Chiru suggested the title and everybody liked it. The title is taken from Chiru's hit film Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, produced by the same banner.

"A major part of this film will be shot in America as the story calls for it," says Aswani Dutt. K Vijayabhaskar, who gave hits like Nuvve Kaavaali, Nuvvu Naaku Nacchaav, Manmadhudu and Malleswari, will be directing Chiru for the first time. Currently, the hunt is on for heroines and everybody's wondering who the lucky two would be.
