Murgh special

THIS WEEK is dedicated to chicken lovers. I have given three new recipes, the preparations of which are different from the routine chicken fry and curry. Start with murgh daraanpur, a deep-fried dish prepared with chicken breast. Follow it with chooza kebab, served on a bed of rice and murgh aloo bukhara, chicken stuffed with potato. Happy cooking!
