VALENTINE'S DAY celebrations have caught on with people, what with stores, florists and restaurants making the most of it by announcing attractive offers.
The Westside's (Spencer's Plaza) Valentine's Day collection is vast and includes fancy bags/jute bags (Rs.179 onwards), mugs (Rs. 29 each), figurines (Rs. 299), candle holders (Rs. 125 each), decorative vases (Rs. 450 upwards) and baga print double bed cover (Rs. 999).

Hammer Plus has launched `Tamorri in love', a collection of five gem stone pendants. Crafted in 18k yellow and white gold and encrusted with semi-precious stones and fine diamonds, the range is inspired by flowers and conveys different emotions of love. A pendant with a citrine stone has sunflower enamelled on it, a garnet with gerbera flower, a blue topaz with blue lily, a green peridot with clover and an amethyst with purple poppy. Priced at Rs. 8,000 upwards, the range is available at various retailers such as Prince Jewellery.

Till February 14, Seventh Sense (15, Fourth Main Road, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar) has an exhibition-cum-sale of hand crafted aromatherapy designer candles. Choose from exotic designs, including candles with heart embedded, printed and glow candles and rose and heart floaters. Prices range from Rs.10.
