Food for thought

Chef Arun Tyagi.

BARELY SIX months into operation, the stylish restaurant Made In India at Radisson MBD Hotel, Noida is making strides and claims to combine the best in new age and old world concepts of food. With soothing music, well placed seating, the place is perfect to dine with family, friends and relatives. The restaurant offers a Royal Buffet, featuring the now forgotten dishes of the nawabs. Says Arun Tyagi, Executive Chef, Radisson MBD, Noida, "Our royal buffet starts with kababs and among them dorra kabab is the favourite among the people. And then there are more for the vegetarians and the non-vegetarians with curries and biryani to follow and is getting a good response from the food lovers."

The menu includes chef's signature dishes speciality kababs and biryanis such as dorra kabab, which is claimed to be a 200-year-old recipe, galawat ke kabab, from the erstwhile Awadh province, murg malai kabab, prawns tinkae, ajwaini machli tikka for the non-vegetarians. And for the vegetarians there is makai chui mui kabab, khaam khatai kabab and not to be missed is cottage cheese tinkae.

For the main course there is dum ka murg, famous gosht beli ram - a tribute to the chef Beli Ram - khubani bhare kofte, dum ke khumb, dal makhani and hydrabadi kuchi yakhani ki biryani along with desserts, which are a treat to the sweet tooth.
