Irresponsible

The unruly behaviour of the elected representatives of people is highly condemnable.

They shout and create ruckus not allowing even the Speaker to make his point. Instead of discussing issues related to public welfare, they while away precious time in levelling allegations at one another. It is time the legislators realized that they have been doing what they are not entitled to - wasting precious time and money.
