Oh girl!

Kartik T. prefers to remain friends with girls rather than get into a relationship

WOMEN ARE considered as equally responsible members of human society as men are. Today's women are equally independent and competent with regard to economy, political power, and social status. Women are superior as they give birth, which is impossible for men. I respect and love women for their beauty, brains and for the talents which they have.

I did and do like girls and have also loved a girl. But would not really like to get committed in a relationship because ultimately it does not work out. Only a few out of a lot work. That's what I feel.

One reason is that I find women, most of the times, are confused. They have a fluctuating mind. They tend to think that they are the only ones with any serious responsibilities and have to take the entire world's weight on their own heads. They keep things within themselves and don't talk to the person with whom they have a problem. Then they later sob about things not working out.

In a relationship, the guys are always held at gunpoint by the girls. Boys normally don't let their girlfriends spend even a rupee for a coffee, lunch or special occasions (Valentine's Day blah, blah, blah...). I see this as a bad thing. They tend to take advantage of the guys being sweet.

Girls don't even try to say for once they would pay for coffee, or anything else for that matter. Guys are the only ones who are charged while getting inside the disc. Why aren't girls charged? Society is not being fair towards guys.

This is what I think but we have to stomach this as we have no other go. I would much rather spend my cash creatively by watching a movie at a theatre with friends or buy a new football, games CDs or music CDs. It seems to me that being friends is the best thing between guys and girls. Getting into a relationship and then trying to be friends is impossible.
