Out to SIN here

New hotspot to chill out in town.

BANGALORE HAS some fine pubs and they are exciting. For their ambience. Smoke, beer and music. Good chill outs. There's another chill out place now, a bit off the pub road. In this place you are expected to sin and sin forever and be forgiven at the end of it all. Sin, the city's latest nightclub, opened on Friday to drink and dance in light and sound at the Megabowl complex, Airport Road.

Sin is 8,000 sq feet and you'll find the seating all circular. There are even LP-like discs spinning around in the middle of the seating. The bar is circular too; just right to serve anyone's poison any which way they come dancing from.

Ankush Bhatia, General Manager, Sin, puts it: "This is a nightclub and I'd like people to dance away. We even have a defined dance area, but people do dance everywhere. That is OK because it will offer the right party feel. The pubs and other eatouts are nice, but you can't really party. Here you party the moment you step in."

To heighten the effect, the club has installed 18 laser scanners that give you any colour you like — red, blue, green and purple — along with clouds of white. The LCD projectors meanwhile beam and scream out graphics on the walls at the pace at which the drumming is set. The sound is good because the stereos are world class DJS systems.

Sin also has a fine red lounge for VIPs. "It was my dream to open a night club in this city. It has so many other places. This club was missing," Ankush said.

The nightclub is open Wednesdays to Sundays at Rs. 500 cover charge that is redeemable. If you wanted to get somewhere and party with nothing to lose on time Sin could be it.

Sin can be contacted on 98442-44037.
