A line for girls

MINIWEAR IS back this summer with a line of formal and casual clothing for girls in the age group 0-14. The range includes smocks for tiny tots in pretty pastels, halters in cool cotton, stylish skirts and tops in georgette and special occasion wear in organza and net with intricate embroidery. Checks and florals form part of the collection.

The dresses have the right amount of detailing such as handcrafted rosettes on the waistband, sashes and bows, ruffle trims, laces and floral appliqués.

The exhibition opens today at Vimonisha Art Gallery, Khader Nawaz Khan Road, Nungambakkam, and concludes on March 26, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
