Time for a drink!
A SOLUTION INDEED: Water is a solution for many a problem.
FEW PEOPLE know that water and water alone, with its powerful capacity to dislodge and dilute poisons, forms the base for any health plans to be successful. It is the first step in any of the health programs you may be planning, formulating or following.
Water as medicine
Take half to one cup (50 to 100ml) of boiling water. Let it cool for a while to the degree you are habitual of taking hot tea and are comfortable with. Now drink it but not like tea. You must sip it very slowly. Drinking a cup of water may take at least five minutes. You should not feel water flowing down the throat.
This way you drink plain hot water, empty stomach, after breakfast, after every meal and between meals, or whenever you please or get a chance, in all about five to 10 times per day.
Water taken in this manner carries warmth and saliva to the stomach. In the morning it helps remove toxins. Taken after meals, it aids digestion and in-between two meals it washes the stomach, clears it of any undigested food-remains and readies it for the next food cycle.
This way we can be doubly sure that this most important cleansing work is completed on a daily basis and the body's power machinery is kept neat, clean, and fighting fit all the time and working with 100 per cent efficiency.
Its another important function is to keep the intestines moist thereby helping in elimination of constipation. In addition, warmth spreads within the body which speeds up the blood circulation. This in turn redresses the body systems by injecting the energy element.
The enhanced digestion results in better assimilation of food and release of extra energy, evident from the very first day as one feels light, relaxed and energetic. The extra energy enhances physical activity and one would like to take part in extra curricular activities. This in turn further improves metabolism and appetite, whereby more energy is released. The increase in vital energy (the life force) empowers the body to restrain and tackle diseases while the greater physical activity effectively reduces body fat and belly size.
