Slow and steady

THE CURRENT Bapu girl, Sneha, prefers to do roles that have more character and less exposure. She shot to prominence with Radhagopalam and Sankranthi in Telugu and quickly built up an image of the homely girl next door.

She prefers to do characters that remain etched in the minds of the audience and will never expose even if the role demands. "It is because of such roles that the audience remembers me," she says.

No wonder she has only six Telugu films to her credit, though she started her career in Telugu cinema with Tholi Valapu four years ago.
