Spinning magic

Photo: D. Gopalakrishnan

SHE WON over hearts with that oh-so-perfect smile not forgetting the warm aura about her in Pardes.

And continues to spin the magic. Mahima Choudhary was in town recently for the promotion of her forthcoming feel-good flick Kuchh Meetha Ho Jaye.

She shares the beauty mantra that has worked wonders for her all through despite harsh floodlights, outdoor shoots — rains, scorching sun et al, and finally long work schedules and jet lags.

Water water: Drink lots of water. It does wonders to your skin.

Eat healthy: Sab kuch meetha ho is not necessary. No no to spicy food.

Go nutty: Nuts are very good for skin. Ditto for fresh fruits.

Sleep tight: Good rest is very important. When rested you look better.

Skin cover: Foundation/sun screen layer must, more so when there is so much pollution around.

Genes finally: It also has to be genetic (my mother has a beautiful complexion).
