ADDING GLITTER : Lending style to accessories

Swarovski has added more glitter to its existing range of crystal ware. The new collection is based on the company's Spring/Summer 2006 trend report. Crystal collectors can pick from the wide array of colours in the shades of silk and golden shadow.

Silk is a colour that is pure and natural, while the golden shadow recalls the glittering brilliance of the evening dresses, with the gold sheen oscillating between warm and cool.

Swarovski has partnered with eight leading designers — JJ Valaya, Manish Arora, Malini Ramani, Narendra Kumar, Rina Dhaka, Satya Paul, Shantanu Goenka and Tarun Tahiliani — to add brilliance to jewellery, fabric, purses and shoes, setting the trends for the season.
