Any budding writer can just walk into Venkatesh's office and narrate stories to him. This is because Venky believes in encouraging anybody who has a novel idea. His doors are always open for budding script writers and Venky spends hours listening patiently to the scripts. But he opines that several writers do not know how to present the story in the right manner and this is where they lose out to seniors. The actor is also planning to open a school in the name of his father Ramanaidu, which will offer training in acting, editing, direction, script writing, photography and the bonus will be in the form of Venky, who will be part of the visiting faculty!
