War movies

The Tamil Nadu Thiraippada Iyakkam and the Russian Cultural Centre are jointly organising a film festival in connection with the 60th year celebrations of Russia's war against the Nazis, which also marked the end of Second World War. The festival will open today (May 11) with the film "War Is Not For Women" by Marshall Zhukov at 6.30 p.m. The films to be screened on May 12 and 13 are "War Time Romance" and "They Fought For Their Motherland" respectively.
