Music concert by three generations

Sanjog Bansuri Mahavidyalaya is celebrating its third anniversary with Prerna 2005, a series of music concerts on May 14. It will feature Pandit Venkatesh Godkhindi, his son Surmani Pravin Godkhindi and the latter's son, three-year-old Shadaj Godkhindi. Shadaj will also be performing a flute duet with four-year-old Gautam Hebbar.

Pandit Venkatesh will also be presenting a concert by his students. There will also be a vocal recital by Muddu Mohan with Uday Karpur on the tabla and Vyasmurthy Katti on the harmonium. The concert will end with a jugalbandi by vocalist Jayateerth Mevundi and Surmani Pravin.
