Cool desserts At Chola Sheraton

Chola Sheraton is weaving mango magic this summer with fruits that are organically grown. The dessert is available at all food and beverage outlets at the hotel till May 31. Chefs Gabba and Phillip infuse their creativity to present you an irresistible formula to beat the heat. So you can start with Chocolate Tear Drops with Mango Gelato or Prickly Dacquise with Summer Mango Mousse. Some of the other desserts include Swabian Mango Pie with Amcretto Cherry Coulis, Alphonso Sunny Side Up and Esltavangia Torte.

The timings are 12 noon to 12 midnight at Café Mercara, 12.30 p.m. to 2.45 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. to 11.45 p.m. at Shanghai Club and Peshawri. For enquiries contact 28110101.
