Sruthi switches over


Sruthi, the Kannada actress with over 100 films to her credit, has switched to the Malayalam small screen with Sthreethwam, a family tearjerker on Surya TV. It will be telecast Monday to Friday, 7.30 p.m.

Says Sruthi who has done Malayalam films opposite top actors such as Mammootty and Jayaram: "It is a challenging role for me and I am enjoying every bit of it."

Her memorable film in Tamil is K. Balachander's Kalki.
