With spice from Punjab
Scrumptious and lip smacking food does not always come from your kitchen. So for a change, why not walk into Otik food plaza for some special Punjabi food? Otik will be serving special Punjabi food to its customers till May 30. Here, one can relish lip-smacking Punjabi food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The dishes are prepared by renowned chefs dressed in traditional Punjabi outfit. Often one can see the smiling chefs frying and steaming paneer tikka, aaloo chat, chicken and prawns.
. An added attraction at the Otik is the artistes dishing out traditional Punjabi songs and dance. It is difficult not to be swayed by their foot tapping numbers. Another interesting feature is the animated character, Happy Singh, walking, talking and dancing, and having the children glued to him.
Now coming to the things on offer, Otik has Shaan-e-Punjab, murg kabab Amritsari (boneless chicken flavoured with saffron and spices, cooked in tandoor), pachranga pullao, amritsari pullao in non-vegetarian and in vegetarian choley battiwale, shagun wali dal enriched with butter... list goes on. And for the youth, they have a novelty in the shape of photo cakes and yummy cookies. But perhaps the most attractive part of eating at Otik is, besides the tasty food, the reasonable price, ranging from Rs.15 to 140.
