Bagara Baingan

First make the paste with peanut, white til and grated coconut powder. Heat oil in kadhai. Add whole red chilli, mustard seeds, whole jeera, onion seeds, methi seeds curry leaves, and ginger garlic paste. Cook for five minutes. Add red chilly powder, haldi powder, dhania powder and salt. Then add tamarind juice and the paste and cooked till oil comes out.

Dinner rolls

Ingredients: Maida 1 kg, yeast 20 gms, salt 20 gms, butter 20 gms, eggs 2, sugar 15 gms

Method: Make a dough by mixing all these items. Keep aside for 45 minutes. Make smaller size balls and again keep aside for 45 minutes. Bake in an oven at the 250 degree c. As soon as you take out the rolls from the oven apply some oil for glaze.

Before cooking, washrice properly and soakfor 20 minutes. Put oil in a pan, add whole pepper corn and bay leaf. Add chopped onions, slit green chillies and chopped tomatoes. Cook for five minutes. Add a little bit of tomato puree, salt and red chilli powder. Add rice, stir, put water, cover the pan with lid and cook for 20 minutes.

Curdle cow milk by adding lemon juice and make chena. Keep the chena in the freezer for at least two hours. Take it out and rub it well with your hands till you get a smooth consistency. Make syrup by simmering a kilo of sugar with three litres of water. Make small size roundels of the chena mixture and put it into the simmered sugar syrup. Wait till your rasogollas start floating on top.

Vegetable burger patties

Ingredients: Boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled and roughly-chopped vegetables, maida, corn flour, salt, crushed pepper powder.

Method: Mix the above ingredients well. Make small patties, dip into a batter made out of salt, white pepper powder, maida and corn flour. Take out the patty and roll it in fresh breadcrumbs and fry. For pizza toppings, you could either use cooked or raw vegetables depending on your choice.

Put oil in a kadhai add bay leaf, whole jeera, chopped onions, green chilly, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Add kheema in it. Cook properly till water stops coming out from the kheema. Add the powder masalas, like haldi, salt, red chilly powder, dhania powder, jeera powder and garam masala. Add a little bit of tomato puree and finish with butter and chopped dhania.
