Easing traffic congestion

Double-decker roads

Traffic rules should be enforced strictly. Traffic police should concentrate more on regulating and guiding traffic instead of stopping offenders on busy roads, resulting in more chaos. Besides, the names of most roads are not clearly displayed. Perhaps, the main roads could be turned into double-decker roads with one express lane over the existing roads. Designed for long distance commuters, this should have minimum exits. Toll should be collected for access.
