Get hooked to books

If you are wondering how to introduce your children to the fascinating world of books, here is an opportunity. Play Coop, a Government-recognised play school, is organising a programme titled "Get Hooked To Books" for kids in the age group 1-10, this month.

Padma Srinath, from the American International School in Chennai, will conduct the programme at 12, Fourth Main Road, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar. There will be a briefing session for parents on September 24 between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. This will be followed by a full reading programme for children on September 26, 27, 28, 30 and October 1 between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. The fee is Rs. 750.
