DEEPTI NAVAL

The book/s that left an impact on me: Well, that would have to be "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

If I had to recommend a book to my family/ friends, it would be:

"Many Lives, Many Masters" by Brian Weiss, MD

Favourite author: Shauna Singh Baldwin

Current read: Anne Sexton's poetry. I must add here that though I prefer reading non-fiction — biographies are my favourite — of late, I am getting to appreciate fiction, especially the building of characters as in "Godfather".

If I had a dinner date with a writer, it would be: Ben Okri. I'd love to understand how his mind works, and get to know more about him.
