Poised for big time

Siddharth, one of the heroes of Shankar's "Boys" and Mani Ratnam's "Ayitha Ezhuthu", has become the pin-up boy of Tollywood following the success of his "Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana", which was one of the biggest grossers of 2005. Now Siddharth is ready with two releases "Chukkalo Chandrudu" in Telugu and "Rang De Basanti" in Hindi. It is indeed a rare feat for Siddharth who is choosy about his roles. "Chukkalo Chandrudu" is a youth film, releasing worldwide on January 14 for Sankranthi. The film, which marks the directorial debut of Shiva Kumar, has music by Chakri. Sada, Charmee and Saloni lend glamour. And in "Rang De Basanti", releasing on January 20, he shares screen space with Aamir Khan. So with these films, Siddharth is poised to hit big time.
