TIME FOR FUN The liquor brand Jack Daniel organised an entertaining evening at Decibel, Hotel Samrat

New Year is the time most people, not to mention the party animals, eagerly await. It infuses people with lots of promise and hope. For that ephemeral moment when the clock strikes 12, announcing the arrival of the New Year, people bury the apprehension and worries of mundane life, if only briefly. With optimism, everyone tries to discover the joy that can add euphoria to their life. Often the fizz comes in bottles!

High spirits

The young, hip and happening crowd of the Capital had one such moment at the Decibel, Hotel Samrat, to celebrate and welcome the arrival of the New Year.

Jack Daniel's, the All American Whiskey, welcomed the New Year with a night full of fun, glitter and music with cocktails, wines and champagne doing the rounds. People high in spirits and all in the mood to rock and roll in tune with the western and Indian music were also treated to the exotic and sensuous dance forms of Belly Dancing, Coyote, Lido, Russian folk dance, Can-Can and Hip-Hop, to name a few, by professional dancers who had been flown in from Germany to regale the crowd. The spirited crowd was kept on its toes by deejay Alex, who belted out one foot tapping song after another throughout the night, making people dance, and those present didn't mind it either while sipping Californian Wines and Finlandia Vodka. Sparkling eyes, bright costumes and a glamorous atmosphere summed up a colourful evening.
