A special gift for Sankranti

Rotary Club and Inner Wheel Club are organising a Sankranti kite festival in aid of the physically and mentally-challenged children today at Sam Manekshaw Parade Grounds between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The festival, which hopes to make children happy and confident, will be an annual event.

School children from across the city have been invited to help the special kidshelp make kites. Celebrities and sportspersons are expected to fly kites alongside the participants.
