College students enlivened the evening with fun, games and entertainment

It was fun unlimited at Heartbeat 05, at a two-day inter-departmental extravaganza organised by Manavar Manram (unaided) of PSG College of Arts and Science.
Off-stage and on-stage events ignited the creative spark in young minds and the best walked away with rewards.
Students lined up to exhibit their talents in essay writing, debate, dumb see and adz-apt and in the literary events in Tamil and Hindi.
The newly introduced events — `Best of heart beat' and `dumb see' were an instant hit among the crowd.
A cultural show kick-started the celebrations on the second day followed by a grand fireworks display. The chief guest of the event, K Dhamodarasamy Naidu, chairman of Sree Annapoorna Group of Hotels, advised the young students on how they could serve their country.
Dance, fusion music, variety entertainment, adapt tune and a fashion show marked the grand finale.
