Trendsetter

The article pertaining to women doctors was informative and interesting ("There's nothing they can't do", December 22). It also reminded me of Dr. A. L. Mudaliar, a towering personality in the field of gynaecology. Many may think gynaecology is a woman's domain, but to my knowledge, Dr. Mudaliar was a trendsetter in his time.
