Friendly screen presence

Urvasi has made a sensational comeback with the game show "Swarnamazha" on Surya TV, which is creating waves. It is an adaptation of "Thangavettai" on Sun TV produced by Radaan Media Works. Urvasi's friendly talk and screen presence make the game show a hit with audiences in Kerala. It also marks a new trend in Malayalam television as only soaps and music programmes have so far clicked. As Kerala is the biggest market for gold, more people are being lured into the game, which promises pure gold as prize. "Swarnamazha" is directed by Saju David, who had earlier done the popular chat show, "Savari Giri Giri". What's more, Urvasi is being flooded with film offers now. Who said television signals the end of film career for actors?
