For the festive mood

Leela has come out with a handcrafted jewellery collection

The chill in the air brings with it the festive mood. It's time to adorn yourself with ornaments, lehengas, suits and saris. Leela, the brand of jewellery by A.L Jewellers launched its exclusive collection of handcrafted jewellery. "Innovation and creativity is our aim", says Abhishek Jain who has been in the business since the age of 15.

"It's very difficult to please customers these days. Every day the demand is for something unusual but elegant", says Jain. A.L Jewellers specialises in customised jewellery. The range incorporates old Mughal designs blended with modern trends. "Leela's speciality is its elaborate detailing and the fusion of ornamental ancient designs with trendy settings," says Ashok Phophalia, the company's Founder and Managing Director.

Another aspect of the brand is that it sets jewellery according to the budget, personality and occasion. "We believe in selling the items at competitive prices so that they could stand in the international market," adds Phophalia. Jain attributes the popularity of diamonds to publicity and awareness. "Moreover, the price range has come down incredibly to the reach of the masses." Leela's collection includes diamonds, sapphires, emeralds and rubies. The price range starts from Rs.50,000.
