MONITORING WELLBEING An easy task

Want to lose weight and get your blood pressure checked? Now you don't have to rush to a hospital or health clinic to do so. All you have to do is visit the Family Health Expo at Smt. Padmavathi Ammal Cultural centre and get all the medical advice under one roof.

Cosmetics like creams, hair oils, shampoos and conditioners with Aloe Vera and Calendula are popular crowd pullers. For those interested in fitness and health there are treadmills and other fitness equipment available. Various fitness clinics also have stalls that offer advice and service.

Healthy options

Kitchen appliances like the chapati maker, popcorn maker, microwave ovens, water purifiers and vegetable and fruit purifiers that contribute to a healthy diet are on display.

Instruments for checking blood sugar and blood pressure and a one-touch blood glucose meter for personal and professional use are also available.

Electronic air purifiers for air-conditioned vehicles are specially attractive to car-owners.
