It's time for kebabs at The Residency now. Its poolside restaurant Afghan's Grill has brought in delicacies from the North West Frontier for dinner.
The hotel's team will prepare a range of delectable vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes during the festival that will be on till February 5.
The a-la-carte menu will have exotic fish and chicken cuisine comprising paktia jhingai (pot roasted prawns marinated with cheese and grated baby corn) and murgh mazhar-e-sharif (deep fried minced chicken breast.)
For the veggies
For the veggies, there is panjshir paneer, deep-fried cottage cheese finished on live charcoal and bharwan subz gardez, red bell peppers and tomato stuffed with spinach, nuts, dry fruits and cheese.
Among the grilled varieties, lamb leg roasted on live coal with herbs and rich marinade - ghazni raan and ahd-e-nimruz, chicken drumsticks cooked with herbs and spices, will vie for your attention.
Special Indian breads like Lucknawi taftan, herati lajawab paratha and kheema naan-e-jhulfikar will be an added feature to the festival. Varieties of chutney will complement the kebabs.
