Fans of the Bangalore-band Thermal and a Quarter (TAAQ) are in for a treat at the Jethro Tull Concert being organised at IIMB on February 3.

TAAQ is celebrating its 10th anniversary and doing it in grand style with an explosive opening act for the Celtic rockers.

This will be the second big opening for the band, having previously kicked off the show for the hugely successful British band Deep Purple.

At IIMB, fans will be served up a unique and exciting set list showcasing Chennai vocalist David Pascal and Hindustani slide guitarist Prakash Sontakke.

The concert will also mark the first time that the band's third album Plan B will be available on CD. All songs of the album have been previously released for downloads on the band's website. For more details, log on to www.thermalandaquarter.com, which will also feature a special retrospective to mark the band's anniversary.
