Unconventional

K.K. Rajeev, the uncrowned king of the Malayalam small screen, is back after the success of "Avicharitam" and "Orma" with "Amma Manasu" (Asianet, Monday to Friday, 8 p.m.). Another family drama, this mega serial with an unconventional storyline, is about a minor girl Isabella (Chippi) who gives birth to a baby girl. Isa and Abhi (Krishna) are high school students. After Isabella gets pregnant, the parents enter into an agreement that they will get both married after five years. The cast has Vanitha and Prem Prakash. Rajeev's serials have proved to be huge hits, especially with women. Will "Amma Manasu" too get a similar response?
