Divine music

After many years, a big budget Telugu mythological "Sri Ramadasu", directed by veteran K. Raghavendra Rao, is releasing on February 23 on the eve of Maha Sivarathri. The film has Nagarjuna (Ramadasu), his father ANR (Kabir Das) and Sneha (Kamala). The highlights are Gopal Reddy's camera and Keeravani's 19 songs, which are said to be divine. The audio has already touched platinum sales. The buzz about "Sri Ramadasu" is encouraging, as there were doubts initially about its viability in the modern times. Said ANR: "My dream to do the role of Sri Ramadasu was never realised during my younger days. Now I am extremely happy that my son is donning that role."
