For that flawless skin

Want to glow from within? The means are there, if you have the means!

Skin is easily the most visible organ of the human body and bears the brunt of heat, dust and pollution. Consequently, skin, especially facial skin requires special care. "Skin care is just about looking good to most people. But it actually goes way beyond that. The skin reflects everything about you from your job to your daily routine and diet. Skin also ages very quickly after a certain age. So it is important to take care of the skin as it not only makes you look good but also makes you feel good," said Dr. Charulata Bose of the Kaya Skin Clinic at the launch of their new advanced facial.

The USP of Kaya facial as opposed to other facials, according to Dr. Snehal Shriram, who heads the medical services department for the North and East zone, "is that we have removed all the processes that can cause even the slightest harm to the skin from our facial process and substituted them with better techniques. For example, we don't pull or squeeze out blackheads. We remove them through a vacuuming technique that does not cause any pain or tenderness to the skin."

The advanced facial was launched by model Nayanika Chatterjee. Another celebrity client is Ramneek Pantar. Kaya also offers long term remedial and maintenance packages for a variety of skin problems including scarring, pigmentation, acne and sunspots. "We undertake any treatment only after a thorough skin analysis in which we go through medical and family history, skin type, work profile and daily diet and routine," says Bose.

The treatment starts at a cost of Rs.1250.
