Big budget film

Director Dharani, who has taken a sabbatical from Tamil films after three consecutive blockbusters Vikram's "Dhill" and "Dhool" and Vijay's "Ghilli"_ has just completed a big budget Telugu film "Bangaram" for producer A. M. Ratnam. It took him nearly two years to complete the film. Pawan Kalyan is the hero and Nila alias Meera Chopra is the heroine. While Reema Sen has a pivotal role, Trisha makes a special appearance. "Bangaram" has music by Vidyasagar and the film is touted as the big summer release in the South.
