Team success

In Tamil cinema, there have been great director-music director teams which have created hit music in the past. The Gautham Menon-Harris Jayaraj team, which is popular in the audio market today, is all set for a hat trick with "Vetayadu Vilayadu".

Remember that "Minnale" and "Kaakha Kaakha" had redefined Tamil pop music and both the albums were chartbusters and sold over a lakh cassettes and CDs. Last Sunday, at the audio launch of the film, one song "Vennilave..Velli..Velli Nilave... ", shot in New York city, was screened for the audience. It showed one day in the life of Kamal and Jyothika with apt lyrics by Thamarai. This melodious number from Harris has the Gautham touch.
