Festive frolic

Junior artists of Bollywood rocked Delhi at the FICCI auditorium this past Monday, a few days before the festival of colour. The event was organised by Third Eye Vision and Sweety Supari. Look-a-likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Karisma Kapur, Shah Rukh Khan and Dharmendra gave a spellbinding performance on the theme of Holi. The function was presided over by Padmashree Krishan Kanhaiya from Brindavan, who paints Lord Krishna using diamond and gold.

Sunjay Madhav a look-a-like of Sunny Deol revealed he has given side-profile for him in many movies and has played lead role in B-Grade movies and feels fortunate to be recognised in industry and has even got a chance to perform on the foreign soil. Yunif Khan known as Jr.Saif has worked with him for long shots, and dreams to be mainstream hero one day. A music band, Yehi Pyar Hai, arguably the first Hindi Rockband, also accompanied the performers. The anchor of the event Sourav Ganguly whom Radio City listeners know as comedy King Kong expressing his view said, "Holi is a festival of colours and public wants entertainment. It doesn't matter whether it comes from big stars or junior ones." A cool way to reach young hearts.
