Holi Hai
Ingredients:
60 ml Smirnoff
60 ml thandai syrup
15 ml kesar syrup
15 ml almond syrup
1 kullad dahi (100 gm)
30 ml malai
1 cup vanilla ice-cream
Glass: AP wine
Method: Half fill shaker with crushed or cracked ice. Pour in all ingredients. Blend using a hand blender and pour into glass. Sprinkle with milk masala powder.
Rang Barse
Ingredients:
60 ml Smirnoff vanilla/citrus
4-5 mint leaves torn
15 ml limejuice
30 ml rose syrup
3 lime wedges
Top with half soda, half
lemonade
Glass: Tall
Method: Fill glass with cube glass with ice. Pour in all ingredients along with mint leaves. Squeeze wedges and drop into glass. Top with soda, lemonade and stir.
Tropical Cream
Ingredients:
60 ml Smirnoff orange
30 ml Manama Peach and
Apricot Crush
30 ml mango crush
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
120 ml milk
Crushed ice
Method: Half fill shaker with crushed or cracked ice. Pour in all the ingredients. Blend using a hand blender and pour into glass. Sprinkle with chopped mint and almond slices.
