Golden opportunity

Here is a golden opportunity for job hunters. Around 25 top IT and ITES companies are participating in the opportunities fair being organised by The Hindu in association with the Kerala State IT Mission of the Government of Kerala in St. Joseph's Higher Secondary School Auditorium, General Hospital Junction, on March 25 and 26. Fresh graduates, post graduates and professionals with two to 10 years experience can vie for appointments to over 10,000 posts.

Cognizant is the event sponsor. The associate sponsors are Patni, Verizon and SunTec and the communication partner is BSNL. TMIfirst is the technology partner. The participants include Network Systems and Technologies (P) Ltd., (NeST) SlashSupport India (P) Ltd., Covansys (India) (P) Ltd., Allsec Technologies Ltd.,ClickJobs.com, ISG Novasoft Technologies Ltd., Certus Software P Ltd., US Technology Resources, WINS Infotek Pvt. Ltd., Fischer Systems India (P) Ltd., Paragon Biomedical, Asto Origin, Iridium, Genpact and Identitymine Softwares.

Those with less than two years experience should register at www.thehindu.com and www.tmifirst.com/hf6/index.aspx. by March 18. The participating companies will pre-screen the registered CVs and send invitations to selected candidates. The decision of the companies will be final and no communication in this regard will be entertained. Only the invited candidates will be allowed into the event venue.

Those with two to 10 years' experience can register any time before the end of the event and walk into the job fair with the printout of the registration confirmation form.
