Children, the victims

This is with reference to the article "Handle with care" on divorce and children (March 16). It moved me to tears. Why are we punishing children for our mistakes? No matter how hard parents try to explain the reasons for their divorce to their children, it will have an impact on their mind. Mostly they grow up with feelings of insecurity and are unable to make decisions easily. I feel parents should make compromises for the well being of children. I suggest more articles on how divorces can be prevented be published.
