Four French musicians will play compositions of great masters

Four young artists from France — Guillaume Molko, Sullimann Altmayer, Gauthier Hermann and Dabonneville Julien will give a musical performance for Coimbatoreans.

Calling themselves `The Neemrana Quartet', they will play compositions of great masters including Beethoven's opus quartet 135, Schubert's quartet "la jeune fille et la mort" and one of Mozart's quartets.

This concert is part of a musical tour that will also take them to Paris, Pamiers, Corsica and Rome. The quartet has won several international awards and has also performed before great masters like M. Rostropovich, G. Kurtag, J.C Casadessus and K. Mazur.

The concert has been organised by the Coimbatore branch of The Alliance Française and will be held on March 26 at 7 p.m. at GKD auditorium, G.K.N.M. Hospital. For details, contact 98432-43702/0422-4218070.
